Legal notice
updated 19 August 2026
Identifying details of the owner of this website, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
This is a translation. Spanish law applies to neto, so the Spanish version at /aviso-legal/ is the one that counts in law. I've translated it to say the same thing; if you find a spot where it doesn't, tell me and I'll fix it.

What this site is
An informational page about a product that doesn't exist yet, and a form for joining the waiting list. Nothing is contracted here, nothing is paid for here, and no service is provided here.
The price shown — €99 a month per shop — is a forecast, not a firm offer and not a contractual commitment. It can change before the product launches. When there's something to contract there will be real terms of service, separate from this notice.
The example on the home page
Cafè Tramuntana doesn't exist. The business and the figures are invented, built on the real cost structure of a Spanish specialty coffee shop, and they're there to show what shape the report would take. They aren't any client's data, because there are no clients yet, and they shouldn't be taken as a reference for deciding anything about your own business.
Using the site
By using this site you agree not to:
- Use it for unlawful purposes, or against good faith.
- Enter other people's data into the form without their permission.
- Try to damage the site, overload it, or reach parts of it that aren't public.
- Reproduce or distribute its contents without authorisation.
Intellectual property
The texts, the design, the neto name and the rest of the contents belong to the owner, unless stated otherwise. You can quote them and link to them freely, citing the source. Copying them in full, or using them commercially, needs written permission.
The third-party trade marks that appear — Square, SumUp, Revo and any others — belong to their owners, and they're mentioned only to describe which systems the product is meant to work with. Mentioning them implies no relationship, sponsorship or agreement of any kind with those companies.
Liability
The content is offered in good faith and with the best information available, but it's informational and it can contain errors. The sector figures quoted come from public sources and are identified where they're used. I'm not liable for business decisions anyone takes on the basis of this page.
I try to keep the site up at all times, but I don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. If the form fails, what's lost is your submission and not your right to sign up: try again, or write to me.
Links to other sites
Where there are links to sites that aren't mine, they're there to cite a source. I don't control their content and I'm not liable for it.
Personal data
Everything about the handling of your data is in the privacy policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For any dispute the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless the law imposes another venue — which is what usually happens when the user is a consumer, and then theirs is the one that stands.
