Every figure comes from your till or an invoice, and you’ll see which on each line: nothing is estimated without telling you.
I read your till and your invoices, and on the 1st I text you what you kept and where it comes from. Then you ask me whatever you like.

Today I work with Square and SumUp. Revo is next. If you use another, tell me when you join: the list decides the order.

I read your till with a read-only permission: I don’t take payments, change prices or touch your menu. You can revoke it any time.
You forward them to me, the same ones you send your accountant. They still reach your inbox and they’re still yours.
Yes: you forward them the report link, with every invoice and the source of every figure. No more sending the month in a spreadsheet.
On the 1st at 08:02, the report. During the month, only if there’s something to decide: a supplier price rise, a month going sideways.
The figures and texts are written by an AI system using your data. When a person writes, you’ll see their name: Carles writes to the first 20 coffee shops himself.
€99 a month plus VAT, per coffee shop, however many locations. If you have two, the report compares them.

None. If it stops being useful, you cancel the same day and there’s no further charge.
I’m looking for 20 coffee shops to start. You join, I write to you this week, and your first report, for last month, is free.

I’ll answer that with your numbers, by text. Here I only have Cafè Tramuntana’s, an example coffee shop, and what neto does.

- You weigh coffee to a tenth of a gram.
- You know every regular by name.
- You decide what to change, and when.
neto
- Reads every sale and every invoice.
- Adds up, compares and warns you.
- Gives you the numbers. Never decides for you.
an ordinary day
You, behind the bar. neto, in the back room.
a month with neto
From sign-up to day 1. This is a month.
During the month, silence. I only text you when there’s something to decide.
- Sign-up, Monday 17 August: you ask for the demo with your coffee shop and your phone, and neto texts you.
- Connect: you give your till read-only access (see sales and products; no taking payments, no changing prices, no touching the menu).
- You forward July’s 9 invoices, the same ones you send your accountant.
- neto asks you once for your rent and wages. July’s report arrives the same day, free.
- The month: silence. A single message, on Friday 21 August, because the packaging invoice eats 4 points of margin.
- Day 1, Tuesday 1 September at 08:02: the text with what you kept. The report opens and every line says where it comes from. You keep €1,940.00.
- You ask whether to switch roasters; neto answers with your numbers and the decision is yours. You forward the report to your accountant.
- 1 October: September, €2,132. The new roaster saves you €61 a month.
